WHAT HAPPENED TO
THE MILK CARTONS?

Some of you are here for the fantastic milk carton packaging that could only be found with the pre-publication promotional paperback edition. As you can see from this picture, it was pretty cool indeed.

So cool it's all gone. We sold em all in 19 days.

I could go into detail about how difficult it is to make more, but I won't. Trust me. Anyway, the milk cartons are gone and the only way to get the book is to buy the hardcover from Amazon or at Barnes and Noble.
